1992  Partook in real estate investment projects in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Hainan, etc;

1996 Excellence Industry Development Co., Ltd founded as the predecessor of Excellence Group;

1998  Got the Cote D`azur Plot with total floor area of 800,000m2;

1999  ''Blue Storm'' was induced by Shenzhen Cote D`azur (stage one), which became the symbol project of Shenzhen;

2000-2004  Continued to develop Stage two, three and four of Shenzhen Cote D`azur. Shenzhen Cote D`azur became currently the largest coastal community in Shenzhen and Excellence Group therefore established its leading role and ranked in top five in Shenzhen real estate industry;

2001  Officially changed the name into Excellence Property Group Co., Ltd., Excellence Group for short;

2003  Invested to Excellence Building and formally marched into Shenzhen CBD office building market. In the next year, headquarters of the group moved to Excellence Building;

2004  Excellence Group formally started collectivized brand strategy and the Group proposed its proposition of taking ''living aesthetics'' as brand core;

2004-2005  Excellence  Group set up branches in Changsha, Wuhan, Chongqing and Yantai successively. ''Standing in Shenzhen and distributing across China'' took in shape, and ''Cote D'azur'' took the road of series brand expansion;

2005  Excellence - Times Square came into existence, and Excellence Group became one of the representative enterprises developing ultrahigh-rise office building in Shenzhen;

2006  Shenzhen Excellence - Repulse Bay came to the market; Product line of Excellence Group was further enriched and extended to medium and high residential building area;

2006  Formally established trans-regional and collectivized strategic development system and brought up strategic goal of ''to become excellent brand enterprise group with real estate as the core business''; regional development in Changsha, Wuhan, Chongqing and Yantai stepped onto normal track;

2006  Became a real estate enterprise with the largest potential floor area in Shenzhen CBD;
Investment to Guangzhou Diwang Commercial Plaza symbolized Excellence Group formally entered into commercial realty with operation fields;

Established branches in Tsingtao; Excellence Group further perfected its nationwide layout and its development was driven into rapid-speed lane;

In 2008, Shenzhen Excellence Victoria Harbour became a hot cake against the market trend, creating the best result of China residence sales in 2008. Excellence Group has successfully weathered the financial storm by adopting the commercial-residential development mode;

In 2009, Shenzhen Excellence Century Center is topped off, marking the birth of first high-rise building of Shenzhen CBD;

In 2009, Excellence Group wins the CBD core region plot of Shibei District of Qingdao City, making the Excellence CBD operation marching into the Central Bohai Economic Circle;

In 2009, Excellence Group establishes a subsidiary in Shanghai, launching the Saint Andrews Manor Project. Its nationwide strategy has deepened into the core region of Yangtze River Delta.
