In March 2009, the 2009 Research Result Meeting of Top 100 China Real Estate Enterprises was held grandly in Beijing. In the meeting, the list of 2009 top 100 enterprises was released. The Excellence Group honored the leading position and was awarded with title of ''Top 100 China Real Estate Enterprises from 2004 to 2009'', and was on the list of ''2009 Top 100 China Real Estate Enterprises-Top 10 Profitable Enterprises''.

On January 8, 2009, the Excellence Group won the ''2009 Most Influential Brand of China Real Estate New Perspective'' issued by SOHU and FOCUS.

In October 2008, the Excellence was on the list of ''China Blue-chip enterprises'' for forth successive time.

In September 2008, the Excellence Estates Group Co., Ltd. was ranged at the ''2008 Top 30 Enterprises of China Real Estate Brand Value'', with a value of RMB 2.531 billion. The activity was evaluated by Ruifu Global Behind Information Group, China Real Estate Business, Sina Organization and the third party enterprise, Beijing Brand Assets Evaluation Co., Ltd.

In September 2008, the ''Top 10 Brand Value Enterprises of China Real Estate'' was released by Top 10 China Real Estate Research Team consisting of Development Research Centre of the State Council, China Index Academy and Tsinghua University Real Estate Institute. The Excellence Group won the award for successive five years from 2004 to 2008. ''Excellence Group'' was awarded with the title of ''2008 Top 10 Brand Value Enterprises of Southern China Real Estate'', with a brand value of RMB 1.327 billion; at the same time, ''Excellence Commerce'' was awarded with the title of ''2008 Professional Leading Brand Value of China Real Estate CBD Commercial Real Estate''. The Excellence COTE D'AZUR Series was honored with ''Top 10 Brand Value Projects of China Real Estate'', and the Excellence Upper Residence Series, represented by Excellence Victoria Harbour, Excellence Repulse Bay and Changsha Lushan Villa etc., was firstly awarded as ''Top 10 Brand Value Projects of China Real Estate''.

In August 2008, ''30th Year Grand Ceremony of China Real Estate'' was hosted by Beijing Times and Peking University in Beijing, and the Excellence Group was honored with the ''China Real Estate Enterprise with Most Sustainable Development for 30 Years''.

In June 2008, in the ''Boao 21st Century Real Estate Forum'', the Excellence Group was awarded with ''2008 China Real Estate Enterprise Citizen''and ''2008 CBD Operation Award''.

In 2004, Shenzhen Planning and Land & Resources Bureau proclaimed that Excellence Group was ranked in the fifth place in aspect of qualification in 2003.

In 2005, China real estate TOP10 research group announced ''Excellence Series'' was listed in ''2005 China Real Estate Project Brand Value TOP 10''.
